Q: Why should I book using this website?
A: By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 3 pm.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 11 pm.

Q: Do you have an age requirement?
A: Yes you must be 24 years old to make a reservation and stay at The Silver Gull Motel. Proper ID and a major credit card in the Name on the reservation will be required at check in.

Q: Do you have beach chairs and umbrellas?
A: We have partnered with Cape Fear Beach Rentals and have rental equipment available on site from them.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, but keep in mind that we provide 1 parking space per room and most are undercover.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at the Silver Gull Motel are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a pool?
A: No, just the Atlantic Ocean.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, we have free Wi-Fi for all rooms.

Q: Do you have a private beach access?
A: Yes, we have a boardwalk from the 2nd floor of the motel to the beach.

Q: How close are you to the shops and restaurants?
A: About .5 miles from the shops and restaurants on the island and about 10 miles from downtown Wilmington.  In between the Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington you will also find hundreds of shops and restaurants.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, will be charged for one night’s stay.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking.

Q: Are you pet friendly?
A: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our guest rooms.  Service dogs with proper identification are welcome.
